My Favorite
Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of your
favorite orange juice (I love Tropicana!)
- 1 frozen banana
- 8 oz. Greek
yogurt (I use Chobani!)
- 1/2 cup of your
favorite berries
Directions:
A pizza made at
home is always a good thing. If you have kids, they are going to love these
breakfast pizzas! Start the day off right with this meal that is not only
delicious but can also be healthy if you use whole wheat or whole grain bread,
low-fat cheese, low-sodium tomato sauce and healthier toppings.
For this recipe, you'll need a blender or a food processor. If using a
blender, grind the ice cubes first. Then replace them with the other
ingredients and process until smooth and thick. If using a food processor, put
all the ingredients in with an ice cube on top of it and process until soft and
thick.
Ham, cheese and
maple syrup ought to be the top of the list for any breakfast casserole.
It might sound a
little strange, but it all works together to create a delicious and unique dish
that you'll love.
The crunchy crust
on top makes this breakfast casserole a standout in any crowd. You'll want this
one in your recipe box!
